Dear Vendors,

Please put a name on your products on your page. I don't want to go to your page and have to select every product pic to see what it is bc all you have is a pic that I can't see clearly and a price! I want to see the name on the pic so I know if I even want to click on it to see the description. Most of the time I shop by name first and then go to see description and ingredients if I like the name! Please put the name clear as day so I'm not searching through 500 products just to see what they are...tis all!

This offer was made a couple of days before the above offer....Uggghhh! What's going on with them?
 
^^They must be having low sales to be doing all this. This is just doing the most. They probably should've stuck with their original product line in their original scents (they offered more) and didn't randomly alter our standing discount. :look:
 
What is up with these spin around three times on the third Tuesday of the eighth month during the first twelve minutes of the eleventh hour sale promotions? Who has time to go through all of that nonsense just to receive a percentage off a jar of conditioner? *********!

It seems as if flat rate shipping is a double edged sword. It encourages vendors to stick your items in an envelope before crossing their fingers and sending it to the post office. I hate envelopes.

Besides, I'm still salty about that funky Bask sale, only to learn that a 30% off sale was going on elsewhere.

I think the problem is consistency. Also, they started selling quite a bit and started raising the prices. I think they should have stuck with oils. And the discounts I find to just be a gimmick to boost sales on amazon. They are doing too much too fast.
 
Dear vendors:

If you are going to have a flash sale and you're #1 seller is typically sold out before a sale, please make enough product to at least double your stock when your sale goes live to allow an equal and fair opportunity for all to purchase. There is no reason 1 product should sell out in 5-10 minutes while the rest of your items remain in stock for the duration of your sale. Please, please make sure your supply meets the demand, not doing so may cost you customers.

Yess!!! I love me some QB and I love a sale...I'm very happy she is back (she was seriously ill) I don't participate in her sales. If I am low on QB products I just purchase...because her sales don't even make up for the cost of shipping and I'm in FL (barely 2hrs away). Also, her stock sells out way too fast one her top selling products!

Honestly, shipping rates have deterred me from many vendors. I am not trying to purchase anything right now...but goodness! I ship boxes all the time to my family (in Germany) and pay just as much for shipping as some of these vendors (maybe not as much....Lol but almost)...SMH.

I've usually gotten it on a Swap with the folks over in U1 B1.

Listen to this: At one time I had - x2 BRBC's x2 AOHC x2 OHHB's A Moringa Detangling Serum (which I loved) a Karaday Tea Spritz and the ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP Butter

ALL FROM SWAPs! Unbelievable Right????:lol:

I remember a few years ago she sent me split packages (out of stock...Lol) but she emailed me prior to and didn't hit my card for funds until she was ready to ship and I received a second notice...and Although, I miss that Karkady? Tea Mist like none other her CS is great and a solid product line.

I wish some of these newer vendors would take some time and learn from her practices...

I don't understand not offering flat rate shipping or not using boxes now. Whatever happened to, "If it fits, it ships?":perplexed

USPS in my area has a long running promotion for frequent shippers/small businesses for several years. They provide the boxes for free and will pick up the items for delivery.

Girl, I have no idea. All I know is I can't do the envelope thing because it opens up a whole other can of worms, e.g., damaged items, having to submit pics before a vendor will process a refund/exchange, having to scrape product off the lids of jars that were flipped around during transit, etc. It's just not worth it to me.

Sis you just took it WAYYYY back with the Karkady tea. Do you remember that Olive Cream stuff she used to make back in the day? It was like melted clouds in a jar!

I've always enjoyed QB just never had the opportunity to have to purchase it (didn't need to).

You know I like waaayyyy too many products to play that 1 and done game.:lol: That ain't me.

Please clearly state the definitions of “vegan" & “cruelty-free" before you brand your company as such.

Cruelty-free has several definitions. Are you saying the finished product wasn't tested on animals? What about the individual ingredients? Does your suppliers test on animals? Are you using ingredients “generally recognized as safe"?

Vegan = no animal derived ingredients. Sorry, the product isn't vegan if you have eggs, honey, lanolin, emu oil, or silk protein in it.

Using LHCF via smartphone. Can't see mentions.

Lower shipping costs please! Especially If Im buying one small item, why am I paying $8 shipping, smh. Throw it in an padded envelope, mail it out and call it a day.
