IDareT'sHair: it is okay, it is not a moisturizing as I would like. I got similar results from using a cheaper sulfate-free shampoo. I also fell in love with the Ouidad Curl Co-Wash and it bumped this off the staple list.

whilst i have these twists in, i will be condition washing only once a week (paired with a dc)...will happen on the weekends.

i will keep the twists in for however long they look decent to me.

the last condition wash i did was this last sunday - used loreal evercreme and followed up with tresemme vibrantly smooth (i dont think i posted that here). the next condition wash will be this coming sunday. will probably dc overnight saturday into sunday and condition wash sunday .

I just cowashed with TJ Nourish Spa. Hopefully I can CW with ease for another six more weeks until I'm 10 weeks post relaxer. After that I won't be handling my hair as much due to tangling issues.
