I know that my name is on your credit card statement..... but I would like to suggest that you spend your time researching and putting a regimen together-rather than using your 6.50 to instigate for lack of a better word..........just a suggestion!!

We all know that ppl often think that only mixed ppl can grow long hair BUT WE KNOW BETTER AND THAT IS WHY WE ARE HERE!!

I told one friend and she said a hair website was stupid and all I needed to do was cut my hair every 8 weeks and it would grow back fast

8 weeks huh? Try 2 weeks, and this was a 'stylist' recommending this to me.

OP, bottomline if you think that you have bad hair or your hair just wont grow because you're not mixed, then that will be your reality.

That about sums it up.

OP, please take some time exploring through the hair threads. I think you will find women with experiences, background, and hair similar to yours making it happen.

Never said that anyone was lying about their background. It was a Question! (Are yall mixed? (question mark at the end). Like I also stated before..i was not a paying member. I "joined" the forum, but wasn't able to post. I would come on here just to see the new hair products/or hair technics and went about my day.

1. Since you were a member, people are going to assume you read threads about all kinds of things, not just hair products. That's why people may assume you're a troll.

2. Yes, your thread title is "Are y'all mixed?". But in your first post you said

In your last sentence you made it sound like women on this board with long hair were lying about their ethnicity/race and therefore giving others false hopes about what they can achieve. That rubbed people the wrong way, including myself.

Well just cheroke indian..Thats basically the same as being African American and my grandpa has good hair but i dont he has that soft curly hair hes full indian

Obviously you need some board education as well.
