I want the pics to be as similar as possible so there's no doubt. I deleted the others.
I have been popping iron like tic tacs and my hair grew 1" last month, but growth is growth. Take from it what you all wish.
It IS doing wonders for my skin, though.

The detox isn't that great, to be honest. I did go to the gym for the first time in months. I will admit that. No change in BMs. BUT iron causes constipation, so until I stop the iron, I can't really say. I expected it to have an effect similar to high doses of fiber,but I wound up having to take fiber anyway. The detox isn't good enough to counteract iron. I can confirm that.

OK. I want to try this for the skin benefits and weight loss benefits BUT I am scared about the worms!!!

When they are being "expelled" are they DEAD or ALIVE?? I want the detox but I can't imagine seeing live worms in the toilet.

If you need to lose weight, chances are you don't have worms. They could pass dead or alive. Unless you're downing three double whoppers daily and still losing a pound a week, you probably don't have worms.
