Ok good.. bc I was like e and ready to fight the bottle and bluebeez.. I mean that's ridiculous..I'm sure they had more complaints than just our 5 from this thread!!! Why are they still stocking it!!! That's just greediness and a problem waiting to happen..not good customer service.

Girl no! I'm heart attack serious.. I was so HOT! I had to just hang up..bc I don't cuss folks out any more .. I was just going to send them this stuff back and dispute with MC if there were any problems.. I took a pic of it too..like I'm supposed to put green sludge on my hair???? No maam! All of this for some rinse.. my mom said I could've went to the indian store and got some bigen for 3.99:lachen::lachen:

:lachen: This is turning into a debacle and I feel like there are a WHOLE bunch of spectators (see # of viewings :giggle:). If Blue Beez gives you junk, it may have t/b known that a lot of their business is based on word of mouth and if they continue to carry a bammer product then want to hassle people when they want to return or exchange it, it will be made known. I told Fab earlier that I was also contacting Mimor directly, attaching pics and asking some direct answers. This is ridiculous. Makes me wanna put all black on and do something...:ninja::210::jail: :lachen:

All I want is my 15.95 back at this point.. they can have they slimer potion back!!! I couldn't take any chances bc my family would be like...that's what you get for D I Y.. let professionals handle the CCP cuts,colors,perms..lol.

OK, so i spoke to this guy at mimor his name is claudio...he says that they are just the distributors and his boss is going to D.R. in the morining and they are gonna pass on the complaint and see what is going on...he said call him in a week...he also said that blubeez is not a authorized seller of this product and that they are not authorized to be selling it...he told me that we need to cut out the middle mad and order from them directly...they are actually really close to where I live and he gave me the# for ordering...
now back to blubeez.....
I never got a call back from jackie...If they are not authorized sellers..how could they call the manufacturer's?
Oh lawdy....:grin:

edited: jackie from blubeez said she called and she is awaiting an answer, she will call me back and tell me how i can make my return..:rolleyes:

Ummmm, I keep hearing that commercial for zip loc where the little girl says "yellow and blue make green". So if that's true, and we know it is, I'm wondering how yellow and green will make red....

Umm well somebody should've told my smart a$$ to have somebody here to help because my shower is now tinged red..lol.. it took a few washes ... like 3 to get it to look like I'm not bleeding anymore..lol..

My hair looks super dark and my scalp is burgundy... I'on even know what to make of that.. now I am DC'ing with Kenra MC

^^ Hopefully we'll be seeing the color after it's dry shortly... Fab, did you base your scalp? After you rinse the DC, you can take a corner of a towel and rub it along your scalp. I do Seabreeze too if I have to. It may take your second wash to get it completely off but focus on your edges and any part of your scalp that may show through.

I never knew one could order directly from the distributor. Jackie needs a :hardslap: for lying. I wonder how hard she'd be stuttering if you told her that according to the company they aren't an authorized seller?

I did mama!!:lachen:I got some stuff from Sally's called "Stain Protector".. you know bc I'm extra. lol.. but I'm thinking I didn't use enough..

I will do the towel thing bc these see thru edges being burgundy is not a good look!! No seabreeze...what can be used as a substitute.. After this ordeal.. I ain't gonna feel like attempting that rollersetting.. I'm have to..:blush:

Well chile jackie called me...she said they are gonna send me a return label so i can ship it back to them and they are gonna give me a refund or a new product....
