Sistaslick....She is bad with PMs . NO NO NO, just kidding, she will always get back to you no matter how much time has passed...I really appreciate that. It is because of her that I now know about moisture and protein balance and not to show off or anything, but my regimen has been stamped by her.....much love to you sistaslick.

Artemis...girl if it was not for you, I would have never figured out how to post pics on this board...I don't know if you remember, but I really appreciated the patience you had in walking me through the process and 100 PM later, I was able to do it. It is also because of you that I was able to workout a deal for a Pibbs, I appreciate that too.

Botanygrl...I have not seen her around here for a while, but she helped me get the "hair growing buddies support thread" going. She is so creative and I miss chatting with her.

BUMP!

Umm...well I just like LCHF. Lotta knowledgeable ladies in here. Lotta positive ladies in here.
To me the biggest thing worth mentioning is the ATMOSPHERE of the board.
Shout-out to the mods!
Been a minute since I've been on a board where the moderators actually do their jobs.
The changes to the board are great.

Anywho I don't care for online communities with a lot of strife, disrespect, flame wars and negative energy. It gets old.
It's draining.
There may be little tifs here and there on LCHF but I like that ppl in the hair forum at least (ain't really been elsewhere) can discuss issues and ideas without completely showing their behinds.

I really like the energy of this board.
