Do you ever wonder if they're a member on this site or maybe even a lurker? Every time I see a women with healthy long hair I think what does she do to her hair? Is she a member of lhcf or other hair sites. It amazing how we talk to each other almost everyday, sharing thoughts ,our hair tips and, our life experinces, advice on life, relationships and what have you. And we may walk by each other everyday and not know it

As for those on the street...if I see a good head of hair on somebody I'm thinking to myself "wow, I wonder if she has a fotki!"

I wanted to ask her if she was Nicko's cousin but chickened out at the last minute. I don't see long haired sistahz often out here.

There was a girl at my church with a very pretty braid out one day. I gave her a compliment and told her, that her hair was pretty and asked what she used to do the braid out...Mind you that day, I was rocking a bun.

She said uhh, this white stuff in a jar I don't know the name of it Okaaay I made a point of swanging my hair in front of her next time I saw her...she looked and it looked 100x betta than that braid out she had

That was totally OT, but...when you see women with nice hair do you compliment them to get that type of reaction?! If I get compliments or questions about my hair I'm always sure to thank and answer to the best of my ability.

girl you know, some women are secretive about stuff like that. they wanna be the only ones with nice hair/great recipes/clothes from that little boutique that no one knows about. i am somewhat vague when people ask what i use on my hair IRL. i tell them i use a lot of conditioner in my hair, only wash and detangle once a week, you know simple things. if they show GENUINE interest, yes i am open and honest like i am on the forum because i really want to help. but telling random broads on the street that i put food in my hair? they just end up making that "trick i know you're lying, you just don't want me to know your secret and want me to *** up my hurr" look.
