My LHCF '08 Bootcamp Session 1 Results

Hey ladies, well its been 13 weeks since my last relaxer and I've been pretty diligent about adhering to the bootcamp rules...well kinda I think got about 2 inches but i'll have to check the length again when the curls fall

I relaxed today with Mizani Butter Blend and got good results...

thanks girl! i got the shirt from a stylist on this site. I think she has a stick on the exchange forum. its called a progress t-shirt. Dontspeakdefeat sells them:0)

thank you everyone. me and the stylist had a stand off at the shop becuase she wanted to give me a trim and i did not want one

I made a decision that noone puts scissors in my hair except for me! She was pissed and said that I need a trim so bad that if she did not cut my hair, she did not want me to tell anyone that she did it because she did not want her good name associated with such a raggidy mess i just said..."ok"

Now I do trust y'all opinions. look at my ends and tell me what you think....

ummmmmm to me the ends look as beautiful as the rest of your hair, but are they damaged in your opinion? you are the one who is the closest up on them. you know how it looks when it isnt curled. if they are then you can just clipp it a lil bit yourself like you said. is she really mad cause it hasnt been clipped or because she isnt the one who will be clipping? she may be insulted. you know some stylist these days. they need to be right, and they need to be almost god like in your eyes. don't worry bout her.

Uh ...They seem okay to me. i'm pretty honest with myself and i don't mind clipping a bit. I took off 1.5 inches in Oct. i just think the stylist wanted to be in control. i brought my one relaxer and i had my own agenda, i think she wanted a little more say so in this whole ordeal.

Thank you so much! That was the longest i ever strecthed and it was crazy. my hair was outta control! It was so thick i did not even need a pillow at night..i just slept on my new growth

You want the truth? "You can't handle the truth"

The truth is I think she wanted to charge you for a cut, and maybe...just maybe practice her cutting skills. Your ends are thick. Your hair is shiny. It looks bouncy and even, and ridiculously healthy. And once they upgrade this site to add feel-a-vision, I'll be able to tell you how soft it is.
Until then...she's trippin'.
