OMG!!! I'm sorry about your hair. I'm also sorry that I laughed when I saw that he was standing there with a handful of braids.

y'all need to stop crying. I think it's kind of funny.

We where in the bathroom and the floor was wet because I had just gotten out the shower.

Oooooohhhhhhh!!!! Ya'll nasty!!! :clapping:

Seriously, though, I'm happy that you weren't hurt more than you could have been. I'm sorry to hear about your hair, though.

Like others have suggested, here are some topical solutions to this problem that you DON'T have to cut your hair for:

1. Boundless Tresses, www.growthspecifics.com
2. MN, Family Dollar brand, mixed with some rosemary and basil oils
3. ReddTweetyB's Gro-Aut products, www.myfasthairgrowth.com. Check out the man with the bald spot who used her products and how fast his hair grew in.
4. ORS Fertilizing Balm. My mother used on her nearly-bald edges for 2 months after losing hair to a bad braid job, and her hair has completely grown back in.

Good luck and keep us posted! Maybe you can be our designated LHCF Guinea Pig for these products.:yep:

I thought you had braids in your hair, The sex must have been great to lose your hair over.:lachen: No hair pulling in my relationships means fight:nono:

O don't go slaping products on it right now. Let it heal. Put some ointment on it. Or better yet coconut oil. Somthing soothing.

I was kind of doing something 18+ and that's why I can't give details. My scalp does hurt. I'm a lil upset but I'm going to sit back and wait to see if my hair grows back. If it does, there's nothing to worry about. But if it doesn't then I will be really upset.

I knew it. LOL. You trip me out. I'm sorry about your hair, but I hope whatever happened felt great.

At least you got something out of your hair being pulled out; I got into a real ghetto fight about two years ago on International blvd. and this hood hussy pulled out my hair...needless to say, I went to town on that ass. But for real, it will grow back beautifully and you will be better because of it. I bet it was good though, right, right?

I'm not in much pain. It only hurts if I touch it. It's in shock right now. My SO massages the areas at night for me.

Dang SQ!! :grin::grin:

I am sorry this happened to you, but it will grow back very quickly. It is amazing how well spots can grow back!

But, still - I'm mad at yall!! :kissing4:

OUCH!!! It will grow back. I'd be careful with putting a lot of products on that spot and would wait until any tenderness passes. Perhaps you can up your vitamins and water intake.

That looks so, so painful. I'm sorry this happened to you. I don't have any advice, but here's a :needhug: for you.

Oh no!!!

Reaction # 1 - Poor Shynessqueen!!!

Reaction # 2 - Wait, she ain' all that shy after all . . . she a freak! LOL!

(Sorry, I know this isn't funny but I couldn't help it.)

:bighug:

Keep us updated on your progress, girl.

:lachen: yep.

I hope it grows back soon. It looks so painful.

So, sorry... I am hoping it will grow back... You have very pretty, thick healthy hair, I am sure it will grow back... Take care... SO, SO SORRY:wallbash: again

I'm so sorry this happened to you...but at least you were having fun...

Word of advice...next time make sure you step on the bathroom rug:yep: Girl, you can't be slipping and sliding when he's holding on to a hand full of your hair...:lachen:

U good girl cuz i woulda broke up with him for that, freakin or not. Anyway, i'm just glad it is not a chemical process that took your out. I remeber when i was about six my edges and the sides of my hair, if that makes sense, got pulled out because it got intangled on in some toy (I pulled it out myself by the way. this happend at day care). My mom message my head everyday and had used glovers mane to get my hair to grow back in. she didn't cut it, plus she waited until it healed before she started messaging it and stuff. I hope that helps. it will grow back in no time. I'm here for support if u need me. We all are.:yep:

D, it wasn't only him pulling my hair. I lost my balance and let just say he was standing there with a hand full of braids while I was on the floor looking up at my hair in his hands. :lachen:

It's both of our fault but he feels it's only his fault. He's more upset then I am. I'm only a lil upset he is really upset. He keeps calling me to see how my head feels and am I alright. The poor man and my poor hair.

OMG. I hurt for you.

Lesson learned. Don't dwell.

It will grow back long and strong.

(BTW who is 1-starring this thread?! obviously they never find themselves in these "positions" too often.)

:giggle:

Sorry to hear about your hair loss shynessqueen, the other ladies have given lots of suggestions so hope it grows back nicely...

Umm... any chance of a diagram or something? Don't know if I'm the only one having trouble visualising the situation..... sorry :p

OUCH! OMG! My scalp is weeping in sympathy after reading that.

I wish I had some words of advice, but I can barely keep my hair on my own head.

I've heard some stuff about Grow-Aut products being good for growing in hair. I think someone on the board owns this line of products.
Mine too....i hope u have a speedy recovery gurl....id say use BT too...itll grow back very soon...and pls dont cut ur hair....try to cover the spot while growing it out(((hugs)))

You want the web address of the porn site that keeps spamming me with mega dik ads? I'm sure they've got some diagrams! Just JK! :lachen:

ShynessQ, you might try lots of aloe vera gel and Vitamin E for topical healing and bump up your vitamin C for a few weeks. I'm so sorry this happened to you. Please keep us updated.

Ouch shynessqueen, I'm so sorry!

It'll grow back...like others have said BT will help, along with aloe vera for the scalp abrasion.

And your poor DH...I know he feels so bad right now.

Wow! I'm not even sure what to say...I just kept reading the thread and going OMG, OMG...out loud with my hand over my mouth..first at the pics, then at how it happened. It'll grow back in no time...you'll be fine. You might want to take care with the rest of those micros though.

(((((ShynessQueen)))))))

This post first made me gasp then scream out loud!

Surely the post title should be " 'Freak' had a hair accident"?
