Current Length: Layered ear length
2018 Goal Length: Full APL
Relaxed, natural, texlaxed: Natural
How you will achieve goal:
Supplement
10,000 Mcg fortified with bamboo daily
Hair vitamins daily (viviscal, phytiphanere, etc...)
MSM 1000mg daily with Vitamin c rich drink (ie/orange juice, cranberry juice, etc...)
omega 3 supplement daily
Liquid multivitamin
Green smoothie and/or egglette shake introduced by bronzebombshell for breakfast
Gelatin/collagen/etc...supplement daily
Hair Routine

I wonder if I could crush up my supplements and vitamin in it. Collagen and iron need vitamin C and the former doesn't like to compete with other protein. Off to research . . .
