What is your honest opinion?

There is a guy who almost every time he sees me can't seem to be able to talk to me. He either introduces himself for the umpteenth time or acts like he doesn't remember where he knows me from or says nothing.

I have an idea- several in fact about what this is really about but a friend of mine disagrees. So, I would like to hear what you ladies think please. And do you think I should say something like 'just cut the crap.' Before I would be like 'Please, we've met before.' Now I don't say anything and it seems to really bother me.

Yes, there's more...The short story is that one of his friends tried to set me up with him- I already knew who he was from years before- but we never talked or went out. And he might have heard that I was not interested. I think if he was interested in the first place he wouldn't act like that.

Yes that explains it a little bit better, he's probably embarrassed. I think you should call him out on it, tell him to cut the crap ,we know each other already.

Thank you Ladies! This is exactly what I needed to hear.

I told my friend that I posted this and she was not happy. She said "Why are you listening to people online instead of finding out for yourself?" And I said "Because people online can be objective whereas people close to me obviously cannot."

She got so mad at me. LOL! This is so funny. She said that for someone intelligent that I could be so naive. She said that someone else would have figured this out a long time ago and that I was clueless, that I was so lost. She was like 'why else would he keep saying the same thing to you?' Ha-Ha- I love it. So according to her I am in denial. I am not even bothered though. I think she is the one who needs a reality check.
