Ok, I do not wash my braids after I first get them, but we talking 3 weeks tops. Plus, I do clean my scalp with waterless shampoo & seabreeze during this time and then 2 -3 weeks in I will wash & condition thoroughly. Then I wash weekly. The thought of constantly putting product on top of product and not washing makes my skin crawl. I mean she apparently can't smell it or doesn't care and does not care about her hair at all.

And reusing those nasty extensions...GROSS. I don't care if she does wash them, it got to have some stank on them still.

All I can say is ...WOw! I can't imagine it doesn't itch with her scalp being do dirty. Mine itches because of dryness due to the extreme cold weather we're having bit it's CLEAN! Her hair may grow but she will probably lose quite a bit at takedown. Have you ever heard the expression "Don't argue with a fool, it makes you one of them"? I can't laugh at her ignorance though. I would just wish her the best and KIM.

Wow, I have no doubt her hair will have grown a lot because most of the time hair grows regardless. However, as one who has worn braid extensions in the past she is going to lose a lot of her ends, hence the 'growth' at this point will be gone. More than likely she's going to have extreme matting, hope not for her sake. I would love to know the outcome...hope it works out in her favor.

Her hair is going to grow- but hold onto the popcorn because within 3 weeks of takedown, it'll all be gone. Growin' and stinkin' is one thing, holding onto to whatchu got is a whole 'nother ballgame. So while she may swish and swang when she takes those braids down for the last time, it'll be a temporary triumph. You on the other hand, will have gorgeous, healthy hair that you can actually touch and manipulate without losing handfuls at a time!
