What do you like about growing your hair out?

I love to see my growth after each relaxer. And now that this is my first time stretching, I'm eager to see the progress after 12 weeks! It's fulfilling to be able to take care of my own hair and knowing that I can do a better job than the salon with all my little special treatments. Much less annoying than trying to maintain a weave..
