Checking in for the night only did 32oz today. BF told me that I was drinking to much water if I was doing 32oz three times a day. I'm thinking about dropping it down to 64oz, that would be half my body weight so I should be good.
I'm in!
My goal is to drink 67.6 or 2 liters/day to clear up my face. I broke out something fierce this xmas. I'm at 16.9 oz as of now and plan to go to the gym later today...
Count me in. I have a stash of water under my desk at work as I type. So far today I think I've had 50oz. I figured if I drink 4 bottles of water (16.9 oz each) that will get me there. I haven't started working out yet..will start next month.
Steadily taking in between 70ozs and 90ozs a day...contiuous peeing less of a problem. Aim to finish before 7.00pm so I won't have to get up so often in the night.
I am checking in the last couple of days. I have slacked way off because I have the flu and did not feel like drinking or eating anything (this is when you are supposed to really downing the liquids but I have not had the feeling to or the appetite. Will do my best to catch up.
I am having a time with this running to the bathroom. I was cooking yesterday and had my water sitting on the counter I went to walk out of the kitchen and knocked down my water cup. Water went everywhere. I decided it was a sign.
I didn't drink as much yesterday, but I am back on the bandwagon today.
