Water challenge for healthier and longer hair

I will join. God please let me complete this challenge. Please?!?!!?

I am going to be blunt and honest I am not sure I can get 64 oz down a day but I will do my best. I promise and for true! :yep:

I have seen these threads about water and hair growth but always overlooked them, because I just for some reason could not wrap my brain around this being possible.

BUT!!!!!! I do know that now I am exercising I need more water so if I get the added benefit of even healthier hair and growth then I will consider that gravey.

So I am downing I believe it will be 24oz because I am starting this late in the evening today.

I have a huge home water filtering system and a filter system on my water in the fridge so I should be good with just plain ole tap water from home and I have one of those environment friendly water containers I can take with me to the gym.

Okay. I am in....saying a silent prayer.
 
I'd like to join. I love drinking water but I know that I don't drink as much as I should. This challenge will keep me on my toes! And I know the results will be amazing. It helps my skin to look nice.

I haven't been on in a while. I would like to share an update. My original response was made back in January and now is mid July. Water is still a God send for me. It has aided me too lose weight (close to thirty pounds) and it helps to keep my skin clear and it helps my hair to grow. I still TRY to drink a gallon a day. Even if I don't complete the whole gallon, I drink a good bit of it. So, overall, a gallon a day keeps a lot of unpretty things away.

Ahh, I only drank about 4 glasses today so that's like 24 oz??

there's only an hour left in the day maybe I can down some more, grrr I have to go back to at least 64 tomorrow!!!

Don't be to hard on yourself, it happens...tomorrow is another day:yep:. What helped me is to get a 1/2 gallon jug and just sip out of that all day instead of pouring cups of water, for some reason, the pouring part was just to much of an effort for me:look:. Goodluck...

Drinking a lot of water isn't hard for me, I simply forget.. But if I need to check in daily, I'm sure I'll do it.
 
I drank 60 oz the last two days. Today will be a challenge because I will be in a meeting all day. I am taking my 30 oz bottle.
 
I'm in I just started drinking two 32oz botttles of water but I think I did like 70oz yesterday so plz count me in. I also stopped smoking yesterday so the water is helping me a lot right now. Off to get my H2O for this afternoon. lol:grin:

I felt like a rat on a treadmill yesterday in going back and forth to the bathroom last night. My DS was cracking up because I was complaining like a 3 year old.

This is not working well with my lifestyle, but I know it has to end, I just hope sooner than later.

Anyone else dealing with this?
 
Been drinking lots of water. Slipped up yesterday with some soda. BAD GIRL! :( But I am really into putting cucumbers in my water right now, so I hope that helps!

I do this anyway so this will be challenge I know I can complete.. up to 50 ounce so far for the day

Usually I drink anywhere from 5 to 7 16.9 ounces of PS bottled water a day, so this will be a breeze/ is this considered cheating, lol

Congrats!! I quit on the 1st and water has been helping me tons. Good luck to you!!! So far for me today about a half gallon but I plan on drinking the rest of that gallon before I hit the bed.
 
Made my 56 oz before leaving work today! :yay:

Doing the vitamin challenge helped b/c I had to take my pills with full cups of water.
 
Okay, I desperately need this challenge....I hardly drink water and I think that it's showing up espcially with my skin. Please add me to this challenge!!
 
I've been drinking nothing but water for the past year. I've noticed my skin dramatically improving, but I really havent paid any attention to what it's doing to my hair.

I'll continue to do it...Even though it constantly has me running to the ladies room all the time :)

I just started drinking 64 oz a day a few weeks ago.
 
64 oz today.

Some things I do that may help others on the challenge.

-->I begin as soon as I wake up in the morning. By 12 noon, I like to have 32 oz down already.

-->When I take my very hot bath, I bring a bottle to drink in the bathroom with me to cool off.

-->I keep a bottle in my purse and finish it while I'm out and about.

-->I keep a bottle in my vehicle to finish before I return home.
