Ladies, I was watching the news this morning and they mentioned the fact that drinking water isn't what keeps you hydrated, you have to make sure you're eating healthy and getting your Omega-3 Fatty Acids so that your body can be hydrated. Drinking fluids just makes you pee a lot. So the ladies that take fish oil or flax seed oil or any other source of these Omega-3's keep it up, and if you're not already then I recommend it. I take fish oil and I eat rich foods regularly. Great for the skin, and now it's great to learn that it's the root of proper hydration.
Let's keep each other healthy and hydrated! It's very important during winter.
Here's also some interesting myths. I'm still going to continue drinking lots and lots of fluids, but I suppose these myths remind me not to do so with expectations that are not rooted in anything real.
Just thought I would share.

80oz yesterday and 100today
Checking in for today and on next 32oz might do one more bottle before tonight. I have a question is it cheating to add like a sugar free calorie free drink mix? I only add enough to give a little flavor.
