Water challenge for healthier and longer hair

Oh boyie...this was harder than I thought!! I had to get reaquainted with how many ounces are in a ml (or was it how many mls in an oz? :perplexed).
After going without drinking a lot of water it was really strange getting it all down - all being all 40 ozs that I was able to drink....unless I can count the 12 ounces of orange juice that I had last night with dinner)
I'm on my first glass of water for the day and fingers crossed I'll be able to drink all 56 ozs by tonight.

This thread is so encouraging. I only drank 20oz. so far. Hopefully, I can drink more before I go to bed. But then I will have a busy nite.... oh well. I may sneak in a little workout later too, the nite is still young... Will report later.

i've only had 16 oz of water today :spank: I still need to drink 3 more bottles of water before I go to bed. It's still early, I think I can do this.

Ladies, I was watching the news this morning and they mentioned the fact that drinking water isn't what keeps you hydrated, you have to make sure you're eating healthy and getting your Omega-3 Fatty Acids so that your body can be hydrated. Drinking fluids just makes you pee a lot. So the ladies that take fish oil or flax seed oil or any other source of these Omega-3's keep it up, and if you're not already then I recommend it. I take fish oil and I eat rich foods regularly. Great for the skin, and now it's great to learn that it's the root of proper hydration.

Let's keep each other healthy and hydrated! It's very important during winter.
Here's also some interesting myths. I'm still going to continue drinking lots and lots of fluids, but I suppose these myths remind me not to do so with expectations that are not rooted in anything real.

Just thought I would share. :drunk:

Thanks. I have Omega 3-6-9 vits. I hope they help. Well, I've had 20oz so far.

Checking in for today and on next 32oz might do one more bottle before tonight. I have a question is it cheating to add like a sugar free calorie free drink mix? I only add enough to give a little flavor.

No problem, you can add that to make it easier to get your ounces in. I have had 52 so far and will have 16 more by the end of the evening.

Can I still join this challenge? I drank 64oz (and counting) today. I find it easiest to drink out of a 32oz bottle. You only have to fill it twice. 64oz isn't as much as I thought.
