ThePerfectScore BC'ed! *Pic Heavy*

You look great and happy belated birthday! I eventually got tired of transitioning and did a big chop in April. It'll be less of a pain in the butt, imo.
 
OMG! Yea Perfectscore. I didn't think you were going to do it! Yea I am so happy for you! You def look like type 4. Your hair looks sooooo much healthier and shiny and soft. You betta work!

I didn't think I was ever going to do it either hahahah :lachen:It was so random and spur of the moment I am still in shock. I didn't tell anyone, so tomorrow in class should be FUN! lol

Congrats on your BC lady! Gorgeous! I can't really say right away what your hair texture is. My hair now and my hair right after my BC look completely different, so I know that direct post BC hair can fool ya. Can't wait to see your hair as it grows.

Yeah! The before pictures were the ones my dad took at his house. It was funny b/c when i told him I decided to transition to natural he offered to cut off my relaxed ends lol ... this offer was giving at the very start of my transition! :lachen: Needless to say my daddy would have jacked up my hair :perplexed. But today when my cousin was talking about BCing my hair, my dad was really supportive! He was the 1st one taking pictures. Lol He said he it would always grow back and it's my hair. He told me I had to email him pictures as soon as I got it done! (I didn't go back to his house b/c A) its superbowl and B) I don't live at home.) In fact my dad gave me $20 to go to the BSS to get some hair supplies for my new natural hair care.

Then all during the BC process I was getting such great feed back. I didn't look until it was basically done. But my auntie was cutting, my older cousin was taking pictures, and my little cousin was watching it and she kept saying, "Let me see!" In between, "Move I can't see sponge bob" haha.

My aunt and cousin gave me a really nice widetooth comb and a scarf. It was like a natural starter kit! lol. And they show'd me cool ways to style my hair. My auntie n my cousin both decided they wanted to "re-transition".. they both had done it before. My aunt looked at my cousin and said, "oh now she's jealous... she wants her afro back!" So I told my aunt I'd give them my maxiglide... oh and next weekend their taking me to get my ears re pierced so I can rock the big earrings during summer... lol... I'm excited!

hmm I know the curls will change when it grows. The weight of the hair will probably loosen and elongate my curls. I'm excited to see it evolve into fierceness.

so today no one noticed my hair!! HAHAHA.... So I guess that's a good sign, that it fits my face. I have to literally tell people that I cut off tons of my hair.
