This yr end has been so needed and spot lights how much I really have suppressed this yr. I think it’s been so engrained to ignore needs because of money or not having people. I felt very blessed to meet one of our own that felt like a gift. To see me holistically will be a journey far surpassing 2025. I hope all are well and cared.
