You can easily lather it up by drenching the hair with water, wet the bar and then rub against the scalp and/or hair. Doesn't take much before the suds start popping everywhere.
I just received my Anita Grant shampoo bar 2 days ago and LOVE IT!! Very moisturizing, excellent slip and clean hair. I used it today on my daughter's natural and THICK hair and her hair is sooo soft and moisturized. Even my hands are not dried out after shampooing with it. They feel moisturized and not dried out at all!
Anita's Babassu Shampoo bar is definitely better than liquid shampoo. I just wish it were sold in retail stores vs. abroad so I didn't have to pay the S&H fees BUT this bar seems like it is going to last quite a while.
