I wet set with mesh rolls at night and let it dry overnight. It is perfect.
If I want a quick fix, I rollerset on dry hair but wet rollers and use the dryer for about 10-15 minutes.

Imma try the mesh rollers..
So Far I suck at rollersets tho

When I do it at home, it can take me 3 hrs and I'll still have some damp hair. My hair has always dried slowly and it's getting worse as it gets longer. I've switched to even bigger rollers but it's still the same deal. At the salon, though, it only takes me about 2. I went for a rollerset recently and I think my hair's drying time boggled the lady's mind.

It takes me about an hour and 15 minutes on medium setting. I usually surf the internet or read a magazine as well. It helps the time go by quickly therefore, it doesn't bother me.

It only takes me about an hour to dry when rollersetting and I am between arm pit and BSL.

Is that good when your hair dries fast?

I take me almost two hours to dry my hair. 45 mins with a blowdryer.

Why does it take a shorter amount of time for some of you with longer hair.

I sit under the dryer for about an hour and a half and I usually still have a few areas that are a little damp but, I refuse to sit under there any longer than that:smirk:.

I sit under the dryer for about an hour and 20 minutes. I can't believe how long some people have to sit under the dryer.

Only about 45 mins @ the salon. At home, I have a bonnet dryer that's only good for conditioning purposes...to dry a rollerset would take over 2 hours which is ridiculous for my fine, shoulderlength hair!

It takes me a hour 1/2 under hood dryer, on high setting.

Hair type 4a/b
Current length: shoulder
1st goal armpit
2nd bra strap
currently taking:msm,prenatal,biotin,flaxseed

Well, for me, I only sit under the dryer for 30 min max to "set" the style and straighten my roots. I'm trying to gradually cut out ALL heat, so I let my hair air dry the rest of the way. The airdrying usually takes about 2-3 hrs.

More than 1 1/2 hours for me. I cannot stand the hair dryer but love and miss those rollersets. I am going to start doing them again since I am texturized now.

It depends on what size rollers I am using and the style I have in my hair. If I have gray rollers in my hair, it's usually 2 hours.

2 x 1 hour at home - I can't sit still for 2 hours straight.
1.5 hours at the salon if I don't have it blow dried and flat-ironed after.

45 minutes to an hour. I will stuff my dryer with a hand towel all around and sit for 40-55 minutes, if my hair it's not completely dry I remove the rollers and put the pins back and back to the dryer for 5 minutes and I am done :D
