i think we should all write to Lusters about their Pink oik moisturizer to tell them how much WE HATE IT ! lol

ITA !! There is a definite pattern here !

*Anything from the ORS line -- i used to LOVE this stuff, but i realized that it was the source of my shedding.
*Qhemet Biologics olive cream -- wow, i used this on my wet hair as a leave-in (HUGE MISTAKE) and it made my hair so hard and tangly!! I could hardly comb... I need my cones!
*Mizani moisturfuse conditioner -- nothing special, wasn't worth the money
*Keracare humecto in the bottle -- i may try the tub
*Nexxus therrappe & humecto -- most of their original products seem to dry my hair out.

Nexxus Humectress- Booo! All that money for what?
Curls Asian Hair Tea (or something)- thick and smelled delicious, but worked better for the Asian man in my house than for me.
Paul Mitchell Special Tea Tree Conditioner- Same as above

I won't buy these products again:

Infusium 23 Moisturizing formula (the new one in the gray bottle) - I used it once and it left my hair sticky
Aubrey Organics Shampoo - my hair was stripped and matted/tangled
Perfect for Perms hairdress creme - a nasty coated mess, doesn't moisturize my hair at all
NTM deep moisturizing conditioner - leaves my hair very dry
ORS Olive Oil lotion - weighs my hair down leaves it greasy on top, dry underneath
Elasta QP Mango Butter - I tried but it leaves my hair greasy on top, dry underneath

I have so many products at home that I want to use up before I buy anything else on my list.

I LOVE Suave Milk & Honey conditioner, it leaves my hair so soft and smelling good. That and Silicon Mix are the only two things I've found our that my hair likes.

Won't put my life on it (sometimes I forget and try it again), but this is a partial list accumulated over decades of hair growth:

Luster's Pink Lotion
Hollywood Beauty Carrot or Castor Oil lines (the only ones I have and will ever try)
Dark and Lovely Haircolor- Gave me a chemical haircut back in the day!
Bleach/high lift color- No more highlights or anything several shades lighter. Eventually the hair will break off.

NTM- Too much money, not enough product
Pantene
Apogee (excluding the protein)
New Era Platinum Moisturing Shampoo or Shea Butter Moisturizer in the jar - Hair felt like the Sahara Desert.

I say if you don't like the bottle you won't like the tub. The moisturizing properties are the same it is just thicker for me. I wouldn't waste that money girl. Maybe you can ask someone here for a sample.

There are a couple of things I may stick with, like Keracare Detangling Shampoo, Joico Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm and Pantene R&N Breakage Defense Mask.
I haven't found a leave-in/moisturiser I am completely happy with, unfortunately.

INFUSIUM anything ! Don't care if they reformulate, new company buy them out--whatever--NADA--never again and believe me I tried to make INFUSIUM products work for my hair---my hair just can not stand INFUSIUM!

CLAIROL HERBAL ESSENCES HELLO HYDRATION !!!! My hair was soooo dry and it took me like a month to get my moisture level in my hair right again !

ELASTA QP Mango Butter - That stuff dried my hair out sooo bad. Tried it when I first found LHCF. ELASTA QP Mango Butter = dry thirsty and brittle hair ! NEVER AGAIN !
