Ella, look like we started and ended the year at about the same length! I think our growth rate is the same!

My hair grows pretty slow IMO I think I get about 1/4 an inch a month or so but I'm pretty good at retaining

Before mid November I was consistently washing weekly with CON (green) shampoo and deep conditioning with either the ORS Pak or Silicon Mix (the Silicon Mix was used most of the time though). Lacio Lacio was used as I leave In (I
Lacio Lacio) I would also moisturize my hair daily with ORS Olive Oil (that's some good stuff also).But my hair really took off when I got my twists. I was oiling my scalp every other day with BOUNDLESS TRESSES and that helped alot! I was also washing my twists bi weekly with diluted CON shampoo and Diluted Silicon Mix.
Although I got good results with that regimen I have changed my products since then. I am now testing out the Aveda DR line and pre pooing with the Sap Moss Concentrate. So far I LOVE it.
I should also add that I am using MN and Boundless Tresses daily (alternating the 2). So hopefully I will get more growth. I am so greedy!

It looks okay when it's in that V shape, but straight down it's thin and see-thru. I'm so excited to see what 2008 will bring. With my new LHCF knowledge, IT'S ON!! HHG ladies
