Most of the vitamins I take are for lupus, it just so happens that they help with hair. healthy body, healthy hair

Poohbear thats some awesome growth. All of you ladies have fabulous growth.
Everybody's hair looks great. Eventhough I will be a lurker from here on out, here is my progress pic from the 2008 bootcamp challenge, hang in there in 2009 ladies! I did about 3 trims of approximately .5-1 inch each in 2008. I think I did pretty good.
