Most of the vitamins I take are for lupus, it just so happens that they help with hair. healthy body, healthy hair

Everybody's hair looks great. Eventhough I will be a lurker from here on out, here is my progress pic from the 2008 bootcamp challenge, hang in there in 2009 ladies! I did about 3 trims of approximately .5-1 inch each in 2008. I think I did pretty good. Peace and love!
