Yes, I used it about a month before I saw a complete difference in the overall health of my Hair.

However, at the time, my hair was Severly, damaged, dry, brittle, overprocessed and over porous. So, I purchased it to correct those issues.

I always use it as a final rinse after my DC Treatments with Heat. I will say, that this product alone with Continued use, as totally turned my Hair around.

I knew I had Overly Porous Hair and it totally corrected that issue. My Hair looks 1,000% Better !:yep:

I am just jumping in to say that I was at my wits end with my hair and the porosity thing was the missing link. I had grown my hair to a nice length (I was between APL and BSL) and all of sudden .....breakage(massive amounts)....tangling(to a level where I was pulling hair out in balls everytime I washed it).....dryness(from my conditioners-even the best ones-not working.

I tried everything, I blamed everything. I even went back to my old stylist....who promptly chopped my hair back to shoulder length (ear length in some places :cry3:). I have not posted regularly since this whole mess started. Well...I am back. The PC and the ACV rinses have stopped the breakage, tangling, dryness ALL OF IT. (Fingers crossed).

I came in here to say....be sure to give porosity issues time to correct themselves with PC or ACV. I tried French Stabilizer in the beginning of the fiasco and when it didnt work INSTANTLY, I assumed it wouldnt.

Hang in there. Porosity is a big thing (Who knew??? :wallbash:)
Thanks ladies, I'll definitely keep at it for at least a month

Checking in' - washed with Nexxus Therappe - followed up with Emergencee - rinsed - applied PC for about 1-2 minutes then applied Nexxus Humectress -

checking in...
I clarified, co-washed then used PC followed by DC'ing with a heat cap. I don't really like the way my hair feels after I apply PC after I DC, it feels kinda of hard/stringy. So I'm going to try before I DC for a few weeks and see if that works better.

I DC'd on dry hair for about 30 minutes, then followed with another conditioner. I then used the PC. Again, I don't like they way it makes my hair feel. It seems like it takes the softness away.

deusa80 - I think I might try doing the PC before my final conditioner too!

Still using acv as my final rinse. PC is still sitting over at the condo office. I will pick it up before the end of the week.

I DC'd on dry hair with Keraphix, Salon Care Honey Almond, and Back to Basic Honey Hydrating conditioner over night. I rinsed and used FSP as the final rinse.

Used PC for 3-5 minutes after I cowashed with Lustrasilk. The softness PC gives is incredible.

Plan to pick up the PC package today. I feel the ACV is not quite doing it's job anymore so I will use the PC for a bit and see what happens.

I have to totally agree, i used it last night for the 1st time.. omg, my hair was amazingly softer than its been since i can remember.. I used the scarf method last night and this morning when i seperated the hair for my half wig, i was still amazed at how soft it dried.. my air dry has never been like this before let me tell you!!:nono::nono:

Im def in for this challenge, me hair loves Roux PC!!

:yep: I'm the same way. I love how my hair feels after an acv rinse, not so much after PC. Going to try before DC for a few weeks too, else I may just stick with the acv.

BTW, I'm not officially in the challenge (wasn't a member yet), but I've been doing it since it started...

Checking in. Pre pooed with garlic oil, washed and steamed with HE Hydralicious conditioner + Keracare Humecto. Followed with PC as a final rinse.

Just checking in. I have been using PC in my weekly washes after I DC. My hair definitely feels different but it could be a combination of my now rollersetting as opposed to blow-drying every wash and using the PC. My hair feels softer and is holding water much better than it used to.

I used the PC after my DC last night and again I didnt like how my hair felt. Like the other ladies, I will try it next week before the DC to see if that helps.

I was using pc on sun, wed and fri I cut out the Friday rinse and I didn't get the stringiness that's been bugging me. I guess twice a week is enough for me!

Used French Perm Stabilizer for the first and LAST time today. Absolute garbage. And I got a damn 32 oz bottle too :nono: :ohwell:

Had a wash day on Monday and used PC before my DC for about 5-10min. The PC seems to add a weird texture/coating to my hair when I let it sit and it feels a bit hard after rinsing but I think it really helps with my DC. I'm going to cowash tomorrow and do a protein treatment and will do the ACV rinse (less than 1/4C to 2.5C water) before my DC without rinsing it out.

I've always used PC mixed with my conditioner. It really kicks the performance of my conditioner up a notch!

Used PC for the first time last night. Nothing to report yet. I will use it a few more times and see what happens.

I have been DC'ing with PC each week either on its own or mixed with another DC. I can definitely say my hair feels very moisturized and very soft.

I miss my real hair! I just keep thinking of how much my hair would have grown after I take these down, but anyway

I used Porosity Control after Dcing with Humecto and a million other conditioners. My hair went from dry brittle and stringy looking, back to it's normal healthy state :yay:. I sat under the dryer for 5-10 minutes with the Porosity Control tho

checking in. Under the dryer now DC'ing with ORS in a bottle, will rinse, apply PC for a few minutes, rinse then add Aphogee Pro Vitamin Leave In and wet bun under half wig

I used PC last night after my DC w/Steam. I steamed with Phytocitrus Hair Masque for about an Hour.

Afterwards, I used the Porosity Control to seal in all that Moisture from my Deep Conditioning Treatment and to return my Cuticle to the normal size after raising them with Heat by using it as A Final Rinse.

I only do my Hair once a week, So I use it weekly everytime I DC.

PC is the truth.

i've stepped up the PC usage. i use it 2 times a week. it really has reduced the amount of frizz my hair has when i'm right out of the shower, and my hair feels softer. detangling isn't as much of a pain. my hair still dries fast so i have to rewet it as i set my hair. but at least my hair is more uniform. not just drying up and looking frizzy in certain places. i may got back to once a week eventually but for now, 2 a week works for me.

OK - so my PC arrived. I used it today after my co-wash. Made my hair feel soft, slick, and somewhat mushy (but not sticky). It is in braids now for a braidout tomorrow. Waiting to see how it goes.

Relaxed today. Used PC immediately after rinsing; then used a reconstructor, then neutralized. There was much, much less pink lather while I was neutralizing.

I AM late getting started but just order a big bottle of it right now my hair is not my pal:lachen:i wont hold a curl so i am in a bun , a little one at that cause my hair wants to be stringy no matter what i do to it:wallbash:so it time to step up my game. with be useing pc after every wash and dc as soon as i get it i dont have any breakage which is good but this stringy hair got to go:blush: that why i have not post any new pic yet.
