Can someone please explain how the clip is attached? I read the website, but I"m not clear. It looks great and I have my eye on 2 of them, but I need to understand the mechanics. My hair is just below brastrap. SO what do I do with MY hair? is it place in a bun first? If so, I can't see how I'd be able to attach a barrett. Please clarify the attachment procedure for me.

I truly love you all!!!!!! I cannot post too much here because it looks like I am soliciting. My threads were already pulled because of a complaint that I was soliciting. :cry: But I did not want you all to think that I am ignoring you and I did promise to let you all know when my website is completed. Well, someone kind of jumped the gun because it is not quite finished yet. I am still setting up the shopping cart and payment system. But that is truly okay. You can look, but can't order from the site yet.

I am going to ask Bev if it is okay for me to set up a thread announcing my new website, if she says it's okay, I will do that. If not, maybe one of my supporters can do it. :grin:

Since you're the creator of this, I think you would've been the best person to answer my question. Oh well. :look:
 
I have one and it's great. It looks very natural. Pics are in my album.

Instructions to put it on:
1. Put you hair in a ponytail with a ponytail holder. Leave your ends loose.
2. Open the barrette of the phony ponytail and place it over your natural ponytail.
3. Close the barrette and clamp it shut. Make sure it's at the base of your natural ponytail. If it's not tight enough make sure your natural ponytail is pretty secure. If not, repeat the steps.

It's just like attaching a regular barrette with a metal clamp. So its' very easy and you can look a new person in no time!!

My UPA clip just went through the ultimate test.....Taekwondo class, I was on the floor, rolling around, jump kickin, stretchin, hitting, and this thing didn't budge, I forgot I had it on until I got a glimps of my self in the mirror...cute chick, nice hair..oh, that's ME! :lol:

I'm getting the wet wavy and a couple of new barettes next, this is it for me!

Woo Hoo... time to pre-poo!

She can't really post on here because I don't think the moderators don't want people peddling stuff on here. So I'll do it for her!! LOLOLOL, I love this thing! ... My sugar said, grab your pony and lets go baby! hahaha!! Silly Goose! he wants me to get a curly one because I spend a total 2.5 minutes in the mirror when we have somewhere to go.

Men should be buying these things for their wives! LOL :lol:
 
I'm a fellow ebayer and I was looking at the UPA clip and looking for feedback and noticed that you bought one and gave it good feedback. I really like your pony...it looks good. Its just the right thickness. I have synthetic ponies that I wear only after a fresh perm cuz they are so shiny. I would like to have something to wear past those 2 weeks. I was unsure about paying 40+ for a ponytail but seeing your pix has made me a believer.:)

I think I'm going to order one of these. I already have a barrette-less pony on order from Phonyponies.com, but those jokers have the worst customer service EVA. Still haven't gotten mine after 3 weeks, and they don't answer their email.....*rant*:mad:

Anyway, I'm going to try the wet & wavy one. I can tuck it under and make a cute style with it! BTW, anyone else having trouble viewing the barrettes page of her website? That page keeps locking up my web browser. I'll have to try looking at the barrettes again from my home computer.:ohwell:

I'm sorry you are having problems with those other folks... Why don't you email Michelle directly to see if she can help you view the barrettes [email protected]

She said she was going to fix that problem on her site, my guess is that the .jpg picture files are fairly large in size which requires a lot of memory to load.

You can be certain you will get Class A#1 customer service with Michelle, I'm her biggest cheerleader because her product is great and she stands behind her work. Thanks to the clips I'm getting back in shape because I can work out anytime I want and not worry about my hair!!!!! What a blessing that is!

I am so sorry about the barrette page locking up. Rather then spend thousands of dollars having someone build my web site, I read a few books and did it myself. Apparently, I missed a chapter.:perplexed Today I figured out the problem and I will be fixing it tonight.

the UPA clip is such a great idea. it helps me to protect my ends. people think i grew my hair overnight, and i let them keep thinking that :)
