Yes Yes. I am in love with co-washing. I co-wash every other day and put my hair up.

*I thought I had the darn reggie in my fotki.*

I wash and deep condition once a week.
I co-wash every other day since it warmed up.
I moisturize daily and seal.
*I add EVOO to almost any conditioner I use for a deep condition.*

I have learned so much here from you all. I just would have never thought my hair could be this healthy! Never.

I didn't know you put EVOO in your conditioner when you dc. Will be picking some up tomorrow when I got grocery shopping

Do you add it to the protein conditioners too or just the moisturizing conditioners?

Thanks Cocoa. For my ends, I make sure I moisturize and seal them daily. (Plus I am scarred of heat now!! lol I am sure that helps)

Yes, I put it in all of them. You know it such a habit that I dont even think about it anymore. I keep the mixing bowl and the EVOO in the shower. lol

Thanks. It really did surprise me. I knew it was growing but I guess because I keep it up all the time I never really just got the true feel of it. I am so glad I figured out what a fotki was and started tracking my progress. It's true, pictures really tell the story.

I am glad you understood what I meant when I said that. I didnt want it to be taken the wrong way. LHCF just shatter all the myths that we can not grow our hair beyond a certain length.
