I'm getting OT but since you mentioned the razor....I want my hair to move more...and I was reading about different techniques that can take the bulk from throughout your hair ....they mentioned thinning ...and as a alternative to that something called pivot something ...basically they cut layers underneath your hair which allows for it to move better. I want something like that...but I'm scurred. I think I would need to find someone white or black with a similar cut and go to that salon...which I'm thinking would most likely be a white salon.

Yes, that is exactly how she explained it but she would razor out more of my bulk to let it hang it thinner. Just the whole razor idea had me thinking I saw it done on a white girl and it was beautiful. I am just concerned about the long term effect this would have on the hair.

I was only gone a week and this is what I come back to!!!! I saw your avatar before I saw this thread and was about to start one, but I knew my girls had to have beat me to it. They neva let me down.
