I'd like to join the challenge, too. I hope to be APL by May '08. I'm still working on Shoulder Length though (I hope to acheive this by October '07).
 
I am little scared about thinking that far ahead. Right now I am getting to shoulder length which historically has been my stagnation point as an adult. I know I can get to apl because I have been there before but it's been so long.

Is it reasonable to think I could be at APL come december 2008? I think I will have to see where I am at come my next retouch, and at year end. :)
 
This is my first post:D I really want healthy apl hair by the year end so I would like to join the challange also.

Ladies, lets all get there together!!! I am definitely in! This is also my first challenge and I know that I can do this. Currently Im sporting a wet & wavy weave, sew-in. My goal is to weave it up every 6 weeks, Im currently 5 weeks post and plan to stretch to 16 weeks.
My regime includes: Con Shampoo, Aubrey Organics Honey Suckle Rose Conditioner, Alma Oil, Castor Oil, MTG, African Pride Braid Spray, Scurl, Surge, Alphogee protein treatments, Candy C's Avocado treatments, Crown & Glory Method - Shampoo Method, Drinking a gallon of water a day.
Also my vitamins include: Biotin, MSM, Hair Formula 37, Zinc, Nioxin & Flaxseed Oil.

Im ready to swing some APL hair by my B-day January 7, 2008!

My hair grows sooooo slow but I'm in! :) I'm a bit past collar bone length in the back and sides. My former bangs are 1 inch past chin length.
 
I was at shoulder length before I knew it...my boyfriend (who was in my apartment with me and my roomates) was like, "Um, Can, this is your hair on the floor over here." I looked at the hair and was like, "Um, this is not my hair my hair in not that long." He was like, "Look at all those curls, yes, your hair is long." (He doesn't know about my hair obsession...and that I have hairorexia.)

So...count me in. I will be APL in 2008! Hopefully by graduation.
 
I'm soooo tempted, will check back in later in the year when i'm closer to my first goal. Good luck Girlies!!
 
Im allready in the 6 month apl challenge so I might as well join this one just in case I have a set back. I can fall back on this challenge. Here is my starting pic. As you can see I have some breakage in the nape area. I want full even apl by dec.08. Lets get to growin ladies.

...All I know is if this Viviscal (with it's expensive self) dont help me I don't know what to say. Good luck:drunk:
 
I really hope I can reach APL by Jan 08. That's been my goal for so long. I only have about 3 more inches to go, hopefully I won't do anything dumb and damage my nape again. :sad:
 
I want APL sooooo bad by May 2008. I graduate this December but when I walk in May I want to walk across that graduation stage with my hair swanging under my cap!:grin:
 
im innnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!! shooting for november/december but jan 1 2008 sounds good to me!!! right now im protective styling with weaves. hope to see results soon!!

Can I join even though I probably won't make APL until the end of 08? I am a newbie, but hair grows well when I stop cutting it to get a new style!!!! I'm done cutting and am trying to thicken up my thin/fine hair. My hair has already grown alot since the pick up my avatar from July 07. Will post new pics if able to join this challenge.

I think it's time we add me to the list...I anticipate APL debuting around Summer 08, maybe June/July...The back is ~4.5 inches away...

Haven't updated my fotki yet, but I'm feeling like SL is in the bag...although I really want my mid-neck layers to catch up a bit more :ohwell:
