is better to comb your hair while wet or dry?

i noticed less breakage when i comb my hair when it is dry.

i heard hair is at its weakest point when it is wet so manipulating the hair
when wet is not good.

what do you guys think?

i think it depends on the individual's hair. for example i'm natural and i find it easier to comb wet with my hair coated with conditioner... dry combing equals SNAP CRACKLE POP!

Hmm...I can go either way if my hair is straight. But, since I can't remember the last time I wore my hair straight, I'm going to have to say wet and with lots of conditioner, and after that a comb doesn't touch my hair for the next week.
