Day 6 done! I did a 5 minute massage with Mielle organics mint almond oil then a 4 minute inversion.
I either bend over or I lay on my back on my bed and let my head hang over.Are you guys simply bending over or using one of those contraptions?
I do like Trclemons and hang my upper body off the side of the bed. It's very uncomfortable but I can really feel the blood rushing to my scalp. Once I can hear my pulse pounding in my ears, I know I'm in the right position!Are you guys simply bending over or using one of those contraptions?
