Inversion Challenge 2016 (consistency Is Key)

I totally slacked off and didn't even attempt Day 7. I'm 99% sure I had some growth, anyway. I didn't precisely measure, just did the pull test. I think I had at least 3/4 of an inch growth. My ponytail feels different and I'm only about 2 inches away from grazing APL now! :bouncy:
I'll definitely be back next month!! This method works, y'all!
 
Are you guys simply bending over or using one of those contraptions?
I do like Trclemons and hang my upper body off the side of the bed. It's very uncomfortable but I can really feel the blood rushing to my scalp. Once I can hear my pulse pounding in my ears, I know I'm in the right position! :D
 
Note to self: start this on the 1st of the month; easier to remember. Getting back on track with this method.

Yea me too and I put my tablet on the floor and read or watch YT; keeps me busy for those few minutes.

I just chopped a chunk of my hair. I couldn't take all the unevenness and some straight ends. I did complete my inversion for last month. Starting inversion again this week.
