DAY 1 = LCOB'd with Cream of Nature Strength and Shine, Shea Moisture Yucca & Baobob Milk, Sarenzo's Vanilla Creamy Oil on length & NJOY on scalp & Kyra's Shea Buttercream on ends. Inverted and massaged my scalp for 4 minutes.
DAY 2 = LCO'd with DIY spritz, Sweet Nature by Eddie Dream, & NJoy on scalp. Baggied, inverted, & massaged for 4 minutes.

Trying to get back into inverting and finish the year with a growth spurt. I'm on day 2. I've been inverting for 4 minutes after spraying my scalp with Yerba concentrate and Netwurks Xcel-21. I massage for about 2 minutes after each product. I will be more consistent in 2017.

I decided to suspend inverting until Hurricane Matthew passes over. I don't feel like doing them right now - too concerned about my homeland at the moment.

Day 1 = LCOB with DIY conditioner spritz, J. Monique's Ginger Butter, Keravada Alter Ego on scalp & Kyra Shea Buttercream on ends. Baggied, inverted and massaged scalp for 4 minutes.

Day 2 = Same as above, but I used Kyra Shea Nutrition & Condition instead of the Buttercream.

I've been keeping up but failed to post the past couple months. Will resume posting for November when my week comes up.

Hi! I know I'm suuuuuper late to the party but I hope I can join you guys! I've lurked around here before but this is my first real post!

I'm getting married in March and I really want my hair to be its best for my special day. My hair grows very slowly (like 1/2 an inch a month if I'm lucky,) but I've had moderate results from the inversion method in the past. I'm hoping that I can make it to APL by my wedding day. So, if it's OK with you all I would like to join the challenge!

Hair type: 4a/3c, fine, high porosity, medium to low density.
Current length: shoulder/collarbone length
Goal length: APL
Need to grow: approximately 3"

Today was my first day doing the inversion. I used Mielle Organics Mint Almond Oil and massaged for approximately 5 minutes, then inverted over the edge of my bed for 4-5 minutes. I don't have a LC picture, but here is a photo of my blown out hair. Wish me luck! :D

Ok just completed day 2. I did a five minute massage again this time but I skipped the oul because my scalp feels moisturized from yesterday and I don't want to overdo it. Then I did the inversion for four minutes.

Day three- done! No oil, 2 min massage, 4 minute inversion. I hope I can keep this up over the weekend. Whenever I do the inversion method, the weekends are always the hardest to do it because I'm not in my regular routine.

Uh oh I'm slacking! I accidentally missed a day. With all the confusion of moving to my new apartment, I totally spaced and forgot to do it. So last night's inversion is day 5 completed. Two more days left!
