Inversion Challenge 2016 (consistency Is Key)

I have been without lights since Thursday evening due to the storm, so I am reporting for 2 days below:

Day 2 = Inverted & massaged 4 minutes with SM Tahitian Noni & Monoi DC under a baggy.

Day 3 = Inverted & massaged 4 minutes.
Day 4 = Inverted & massaged 4 minutes.

Day 1 complete with scalp massage with Vatika oil. Warmed and applied to scalp will use as an overnight treatment and wash tomorrow. After massage inverted for 5 minutes.

Day 5 = Inverted & massaged 4 minutes with Hydrathermal Naturals Growth Oil on scalp.
I forgot to check-in yesterday. But I'm reporting in and finishing up for the month:

Day 6 = Inverted & massaged 5 minutes.
Day 7 = Inverted & massaged 4 minutes with Hydrathermal Naturals Growth Oil on scalp.

Ugh...will be restarting again on Monday. Worked late a few days this week and by the time I got home was too tired to pay attention let alone invert.

I completed all 7 days. I just didn't post until today. I oiled my scalp with olive oil and JBCO and I massaged for 4 minutes each night.

I took pictures, but I don't know when I'll get the chance to post them. I have a lot of stuff on my plate right now.

I'm still inverting; I'm just too lazy to post. I think I on day 3 or 4. I haven't been consistently inverting 7 straight days, sometimes it's every other day

I've done 3 days so far. I should invert tonight and keep the momentum going

Yes, why do we make 4 minutes out of 24 hours the hardest thing in our lives sometimes? We can invert while bending over to tie our shoes or to dust under the furniture, yet we make it this epic saga.

This isn't directed at you @Prettymetty, I'm thinking more about how I turned something as simple as inverting into a climbing Mt. Everest project when it's really not.

Keep the momentum going.

I hate inverting too but I have to continue because I've been experiencing some great results from it and with that said I just completed day 1 (5 minutes with a 2 minute scalp massage using Netwurks 21) for September.

I've been inverting for a week or two with Vatika oil. My hair is definitely growing between this and the Ayurvedic products I'm using.

Why are you only supposed to do thins one week a month? Why not daily?

Never mind. Just saw this:
I believe we all are. I think you need to give it a break so your hair would not get immune to it and your hair stop growing quickly. Like anything else, the body soon adjust to whatever you're doing differently if you overdo it and we don't want that to happen to our fast hair growth.

Just completed Day 2 of my inversions for September (5 minutes + 5 minutes scalp massage using Netwurks 21)

This afternoon I used Netwurks 21 on my scalp, moisturized and sealed with DB Sweet Cocoa Beans Hair Whip. Tonight to inverted for 5 minutes, no massage, no oil. Day 5 complete.

DAY 1 = LCOB'd with Cream of Nature Strength and Shine, Shea Moisture Yucca & Baobob Milk, Sarenzo's Vanilla Creamy Oil on length & NJOY on scalp & Kyra's Shea Buttercream on ends. Inverted and massaged my scalp for 4 minutes.

I have an inversion table and been wondering why my hair is growing and appearing healthier without me doing much, like in the past. Will continue doing this. I actually invert for 10-20 minutes in the morning and before bed. Stretches out my spine and apparently helps my hair.

I just completed the first day of my inversions for the month of October using Netwurks 21 on my scalp with a 2 minute massage before inverting.
