**Hair Porn Alert!** LongHairDontCare's NEW Hair Journey Video!

Whats so amazing about her hair is that you can't really tell how big it is in her cornrows. Then she lets it loose and BAM!
She said that she gradually evened out her natural layers which probably helps with her overall thickness :scratchch...

Please explain this to a :newbie: in laymen terms.

MY, MY, MY LORD!!!!!! I just showed my daughter and she is in the room now getting her hair braided. She's convinced and so am I she is going to do the same. My cousin's daughter did this and has hair to her butt today and it's is on such good condition that it hurts my soul.:cry::cry::cry: This woman's hair is simply delish, I believe I :drool:quite a bit watching that video. It was such a beautiful experience. I even got up and did my night time moisture routine and said a small prayer.:lachen: Now I don't want that much for myself but my daughter sure does. I'll be happy for myself at a THICK FULL BSL. I think that is about alll I can take. Now, my 14 y/o is going to be my science project. We will wear protective styles until she's able to handle it herself.:yep:

Because of the the slope of our heads, our hair tends to grow out in layers (the hair on the back/nape of your head will reach SL before the middle, which will reach SL before the hair in front).
With a blunter cut most of your hair is the same length which looks fuller because there is technically more hair (more bulk)...

I'm having a vision :crystalba I see a lot of women this summer in cornrows spraying them with juice :lachen:

that's going to be my daughter, we found the perfect juice for her yesterday, wave nouveau and adding some sweet almond oil

*after watching video, grabs my hair and screams to screen like Nettie whyyyyy? whyyyyyy?"*

Forrealforreal, I'm finna wear my hair in braids for the next 3 years. Her hair.........if I saw her on the train I would be all up in her scalp, follicles, strands, rootstatips! I've had many hair idols, but she is the lord of them all!

:thankyou:Claudia for sharing the knowledge.

That's wonderful. I love her ends too. Her grooming skills are excellent. It definitely is not braiding=long hair and that is all. There is alot that goes into the whole process. I'm so happy for her.

I'm grateful for the reminder.

wow, that is serious serious hair porn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks BMP for posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:spinning: im bout to subscribe:grin: so i can stalk :look:

I was planning on cornrows this winter anyway but this just make me THAT much more excited!!! I plan on going from November to May or June since Minnesota is SOOOOOOO cold during those months. I LOVE the tiny cornrows and I'll be getting some serious practice come this winter

My question is how do you wash them? Don't they start getting fuzzy after a while?

Oh, and I WILL be juicing them up :yep::grin:

I really wish I had the fullness and health of her hair. I REALLY want mine to be full and swishy when it gets long. And you know, I always wished I was a little taller, but she really makes me wish I was short!! Her current length (21") is my goal length, but it's much longer and prettier on her. Grrrr. ;)

see man, THAT is what i needed right now!
been struggling with this transition... and watching that video... geez lol
makes me want to continue and get to where she is at!

OFF TOPIC --- I love that baby :yep: yes i do. yes i do :cowgirl:

I think for the most part people either have thick hair or they don't to be fully real with you.

No. My hair quite fine. Even though my hair is BSL, my bun is tiny due to fine hair. When I had relaxers my stylist commented on it. When I do my curlformers, a lot of time is spent trying to make my hair look full. My mother has very fine hair too. Even more so than me.
