Thanks for sharing everyone!

Great thread! I used to take lotsa vitamins and would worry and wonder if it was really doing me good and if I was absorbing etc. So I added digestive enzymes to my regimen too and felt the need to start taking LESS than a fistfull of vitamins evefryday (whew what a relief. lol).

I've tried a couple of detox teas now and then too. And I actually like the flavor of some of them in particular. I just find them at the natural foods store. I think I've even seen a recipe on the forum here to make your own?

I've also heard that a littel warm water with lemon every morning does you good as well.

Corn cannot be fully digested by the human digestive system. There are a few other foods too that cannot digested, I can't remember them, but its normal to see corn in stool.

There are nasty jokes about that, seeing corn in the stool when you didn't even eat any!

Anyway, I've learned also that corn should never be eaten by humans because of this problem, that corn is detrimental to one's health because the body cannot digest it.

now brewers yeast is a microbe, but it has been dessicated. Its yeast you know like the stuff that makes bread rise... but a different kind... maybe they use it to make beer. Anyways... it contains enzymes, but probably not the ones you're looking for. I think they are talking about digestive enzymes to help breakdown supplements.
