Aha!
Increasing my water, even in tiny increments has made a difference. I put on my bikini and took some photos to see what I want to be mad about, identify what to tighten, what to shrink, and grab what needs to lift etc. I was pleasantly surprised that my skin looks taut, especially around my arm pits (front and back) and on the sides of my ribcage. Racking my brain, I just now realized that the only change I've made is drinking more water on a daily basis due to this challenge. I may get in barely 25 ounces some days, but even that little bit is making such a difference. Instead of looking at not drinking my gallon as a failure, my body has shown that getting in my 1/5 of a gallon is a triumph and a visual win.
