Drink Your Water Challenge

I'm going to get a massage after work so I need to stop drinking for at least an hour before my massage starts. I don't want to be tense during the massage because I have to pee. I'm going to have a hard time finishing my 64 oz today.
 
67 oz for yesterday.
On my way now finishing cup to make 67 oz.
Since it's early that count will rise.

Water right after a meal and snack been beneficial to completing my water intake goals.
That's when I'm most thirsty.
Also drinking 2 cups soon as I get up out of bed.
