Do you tend to see your hair ...

I def always think my hair is shorter than it is. I'm always hsocked at the length when it's totally straight. And I always swear (esp these days) that it's getting shorter.

I get that all the time too. I just think that my hair isn't at the length where I want it to be to consider it long.

With me being twelve weeks post relaxer with six months of underprocessed hair on top... of course i think my hair is short. everyone else says it's long. Of course, I blame this board for my skewed, warped view of what it is long. (when people like Adrienne and Supergirl and your heroes, shoot, everything is short).

I look in the mirror and it looks so far from BSL (think of looking down at an abyss lol). Oh well, at least I can look at pics from last year and see that it HAS been growing.

I always think that my hair is shorter than it really is...A couple of weeks ago, my friend's girlfriend told me that my hair was long and i was like WHAT? lol not my hair...but i took the compliment and it actually made me feel better. I can't wait to get to bra strap..only about an inch and a half to go(i wanna see how much length i get when i go to the hairdresser)!

blaqbarb i also wonder about the bra strap measurement...i guess when your hair is past all of your bra straps u can really say that it is lol! For me, I'm gonna try to stick to one bra or like a specific length on a certain shirt or something.

I am definately with you on this one. Recenttly I posted that I had a problem because I seroiusly thought I had a hair length complex. When I joined the board my hair I wrote in my sig that I had shoulder length hair. I guess because I have layers I refuse to see my almost brastrap length.
