I cowashed on Wednesday with Deva Care One. I have switched to cowashing 1x a week for now.

CW'ed last night with Shescentit Avocado! That stuff is awesome! I think I found my replacement for Hello Hydration.

Any recommendations on a condish with a little protein to cowash with? I have HQS coco lime but I want something else because I don't like it that much. I'm trying to stick with BOB's...

Checking in … what it do …

I cleansed my scalp with V05 Tea Tree Shampoo (diluted) and cowashed my hair with day Everyday Shea (lavender infused.)
I have learned that I have to use a shampoo on my scalp because it gets HELLA itchy in a certain spot after a couple of weeks if I don't. I make sure that I keep the shampoo off the length of my hair and use my conditioner to cleanse that part. So far so good; this approach is working out for me.

I've been practising this challenge for two months-I haven't loved my hair this much in years! No more cutting out of frustration.

Checking In ...

I cowashed with EveryDay Shea this morning. I am so loving cowashing (even more than usual) since installing these mini braids because the style is not looking 'older' than what it is. My hair is responding nicely to everything I am doing right now- it's a good look.

Cowashed yesterday with L'Oreal's Nature's Therapy Fortifying Conditioner. I'm up to twice a week with cowashing...I am aiming for everyday.
