COWASH CHALLENGE PART 3 OFFICIAL CHALLENGE THREAD (July 1-September 30, 2012)

I've been lazy this past week with cowashing. I co-washed Mon., Wed., and Thursday with TJ Nourish Spa and As I Am Coconut cowash. Next week my goal is 5-6 days next week.

I did a light protein treatment with Lekair Cholesterol, an egg yolk and a cap fill of SAA. Rinsed that out with cold water and cowashed with Everyday Shea. My hair is looking so lush and bomb!

Still cowashing with my Suave Naturals Coconut Conditioner. Sometimes I'll use Giovanni SAS Conditioner which works good as well. But I will be sticking with Suave since it's cheaper.

On Friday, I DCed with Giovanni Nutrafix, EVOO and glycerin on dry hair by heating up the condish and letting it sit for a few hours.
