Cardio Challenge Journal

I went to the gym 3x's this week. I did about 30 plus mins on cardio and 20 on strength training...my quads are killing me :ohwell:
 
I was sick all last week so I missed a full week, but I am back on the ball today. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I will try to start incorporating strength training starting tomorrow.
 
Week 2 is over ladies!!!!! Keep going strong, the benefits will be great! And remember, drink lots of water and wash the hair often.

This week I jogged 30 min 4 days and did yoga for 1 hr 30 min. twice.
 
This is my first check in. I've been doing 30 min. of cardio 3-4x a week and strength training with my PT twice a week.
 
I walked 5 times this week, but only for a short time on Friday. So I will count that as 1/2 a workout.:grin: So far so good. I am back into my walking routine and I am happy about that. Oh, my walks were about one hour long for 4 of the days.
 
We're half way there ladies!!!! I'm still going strong and I hope you ladies are too. How's it ladies?

Remember what you put into your body is just as important as exercise. More protein for hair growth.

Off to the gym.
 
Ok ladies I believe the 6 weeks is up. This has certainly helped to motivate me to exercise for hair and health. Here are my results.

I did not get any results. However I am going to still keep working out regularly because it feels so darn good!
