BlackBarbie's 2 year transitioning anniversary (PIC HEAVY...sorry)

OMG!! Lady, your hair looks amazing! This is the first time I am seeing your natural hair. Ok Ok ok... are you coloring your natural hair also!

2 years of transitioning take a lot of patience, good for you for sticking with it. Your hair is lovely...

Your hair looks really beautiful. You must be so happy that you are able to rollerset your natural hair!

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am!!!! It's odd that I wasn't able to rollerset it around the 5th or 6th month, but two years later, it's easy as cake! I think it was so difficult because the NG hadn't been trained just yet. After two years, I would say that it is trained and behaving rather nicely.

Hey hon!!!:hiya2:
Thanks! To answer your question about the color, yes, I really do want to get highlights (golden, copper, etc.) since my hair is already brown. My brother suggested getting a permanent lighter brown color all over:nono: but I don't think I will be doing that.

BlackBarbie I just want to say you are one of the reason why I decide to join LCHF. Your healthy hair inspire me to take my hair care into my own hair:Copy of 2cool:. You have a beautiful curl pattern. Your hair is lovely relaxed and natural:clapping::clapping::clapping: .

Your hair is beautiful! Good job keeping up the patience. I searched for inspiration, since I'm at 7 months of transition, and u've given me just what I needed to stick it out. I'm going to try my hand at a rollerset tonight! Thanks again.
