I voted bedtime because that's when your body replenishes itself. It's the best time to beautify yourself.
 
I am just glad to see that you can take lots of vitamins and not get massive headaches or breakout. I know no matter what, I can not take Biotin (night or day or with a meal) it causes me to breakout no matter what.
 
I voted at dinner, but I would also say b4 bed. I think it shouldnt be on a empty tummy, but at nite cause ur body will absorb more of the good things while ur sleep......Hope this wasnt already posted.
 
I take one hair vit in the AM with my "breakfast"

my b-complex, multi and hair vit #2 at dinner

and biotin, and hair vit #3 right before my head hits the pillow
 
I voted for bedtime, but I take anywhere from late evening to bedtime w/wo food but always a full glass of water.
