Best Time to take Vitamins

I was wondering when was the best time to take vitamins. I'm weird. I take mine around 9 at night. I know most people take their vitamines in the morning or through out the day. What do you think?

Hmmm,
I heard that it's sometimes best to take certain vitamins with a meal, and sometimes it's best to take them on an empty stomach.
I take mine in the morning when I eat breakfast because this is the easiest time for me to remember and the food helps keep
my stomach from getting upset (I sometimes take a lot of iron for anemia). I also drink a lot of water with it early in the day to help my body break down the vitamin.
I guess it's up to you and your eating and water-drinking habits, and what type of vitamin your using and how they recommend it should be used.
 
I agree with Xtal. I take my vitamins in the mornings with breakfast. I drink orange juice when I take them to wash away the aftertaste and then I guzzle water throughout the morning.
