<ul type="square"> * The softness of my new growth, esp. at the nape. I'm starting to twirl and play w/ it!
* the thickness.. as if I need thicker hair. But the thicker, the better
* I'm getting more creative w/ my styles! [/list]

1. Creativity with hairstyles. My hair doesn't seem limp and boring even though I wear it up most of the time.
2. I'm finding out that my natural texture isn't something to be afraid of and I'm excited to see more of it.
3. Learning more and more about haircare and saving money on beauty salons.

I'm sure there's more!

Okay, here are the rest.

2. The coils are fun to play in. (I have bad nerves)
3. The newgrowth looks much shinier and healthier than the rest of my hair and it actually sparkles.

I totally agree w/ this. I still do braid outs and the cornrows are tighter b/c of the new growth. Plus my braidout comes out thicker and bigger, a plus for me!
