I just had to start this post because I felt left out. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
Its hard for me to know when my hair is getting longer, because I don't relax it. However, I know my natural is getting longer when:
<ul type="square"> [*]My poofy, puffy ponytail is getting BIGGER
[*]Making an individual twist or braid starts to take FOREVER! [*]The person doing my cornrows says "Wow, your hair is alot longer than it looks!" [*]I see alot of new growth - from my permanent COLOR! [/list]
Transitioning and natural ladies, feel free to add so we remind ourselves, it may be hard to tell, but our hair is growing!
Oh, and one more! When I give myself a trim and feel sad over the loss of length, and the next day when I brush or comb my hair out, I realize...damn! I stil got alot of hair left! /images/graemlins/grin.gif
