Daily Habits Determine Your Growth
Homemade growth pomade. I was taking this for health reasons but can add it here since I see others listing it as a growth aid - Vit D3, MSM

I know you posted this somewhere...maybe in the ayurveda thread? But can you tell me what's in your ayurvedic tea again? The last time I made one over a year ago it was way too strengthening.Still using my hair tonic + sulfur oil 3 or more times a week. Ayurvedic tea spray daily.
I've been slacking on my baggying so I'm gonna do it overnight tonight.

Thank you! I definitely used brahmi in the last ayurvedic tea I made so that explains why it might have been too strengthening. I have bhringraj powder now as well the Goddess Hair Mask powder from Henna Sooq which has hibiscus in it but I've not bought/used hibiscus powder on its own. I do need to get more amla powder so I will bookmark your post for future reference.Absolutely! No problem at all - I had to look back through my notes though to be sure. lol
Hibiscus Bhringraj and Brahmi. I brew it in a mason jar. I strain some into my spray bottle about 1/2 full and then fill the rest with water.
A combo that I find moisturizing, though, is Hibiscus and Amla. Maybe that one will work better for you since Brahmi can be a strengthener.

Have you thought of making your own growth oils?Still narrowing down a replacement growth serum to use as I reach the end of my supply.
I'm looking at DermaStim Advance Growth + and the Kreyol Essence Save Our Serum.
Have you thought of making your own growth oils?
I'm making my first growth oil. Most women I've seen with thick natural WL or longer make their own growth oils. Thats the only way you know the herbs are properly infused and using the best oils
Organic jojoba and argan are the best oils for not clogging the scalp. Castor oil is another good one to promote more density. Most growth oils on the market use cheap oils
I'm making my first batch that I started infusing in a mason jar. I will start using it probably when I have knotless braids. I like using pomades when hair is wet
Great herbs/seeds to add are amla, fenugreek, rose mary, moringa, green tea, and clove. There are so many, but these are some. The longer it's sits, the more potent it is. You want it to infuse for at least 5 weeks for it to be potent. Let me know if you ever decide to make you own![]()
