I'm still taking my gummies. And received my Hollywood Hair serum yesterday. I was going to start it tonight but I just reset my twist and I will let them dry before I try to add anything to my scalp. I took some starting pictures and will take follow up pictures at the end of February.

Each morning applying a small amount of the Hollywood Hair Serum to my scalp. Then I put on a bonnet to at least generate a little heat. I know I need to massage but haven't quite gotten that into my regimen yet. I like how light it is. After a week of use my hair wasn't greasy from use.

I will try to do better next week with the massages.

How long have you been doing GHE and how often do you it, thanks in advance!

I've been GHEing on and off since 2010. It's very effective at increasing and maintaining moisture levels in my hair and scalp.
Also, it seems to accent any scalp treatment I apply.

When I'm regular, lol, I GHE 3 times a week, allowing my hair to dry in between. I don't use water or water based products under my plastic cap bc my hair would be wet when I remove it. Instead, I just apply oil to my hair and my hair is only slightly moist when I remove it. HTH! :)

Thank you! Did you notice significant growth increase when you started. What you explained is what I started doing to prevent oil from getting on my bonnet and it works! I might not ever worry about adding water now :)

Yes! I believe that baggying overnight is what helped me with my biggest growth spurt of my HHJ. And then I primarily wigged it to retain the extra growth.
I'm a slow grower, approx 4" a year.

You been so helpful, thanks! Do you still comment on this thread what you're doing daily or weekly? Or at you at your goal length?

Oh, great! Thank your for saying that! I'm so happy to have helped! :)

Yes, I've reached my goal of WL multiple times using baggying and scalp tonics ALWAYS PSing in order to retain as much of my growth as possible.

For this journey, I've extended my goal to WHIP (between WL and HL) braids and HL loose. I've never had a goal that long before.
I started at SL about two years ago and I'm currently around MBL. I've passed BSB (Below Shoulder Blade) and am heading toward my next milestone of bottom rib bone. My braids are just past APL though, so I've got a ways to go for my braids (which I wear the majority of the time).
My hair stays covered and confined in a PS. I primarily use Ayurvedic mixes for most of my regi and I apply a scalp tonic daily, when I'm being consistent. I don't take anything internally, except trying to stay on a multivitamin of some sort. I only length check once a year.

Congratulations! I was always wondering what between WL and HL is, lol. That's my goal length. I found some call it Lower Back. Thanks for all the details and inspiration!

I am way behind you. I cut my hair unexpectedly and regrowing it from NL. My goal is at least BSL by next year

You should join the Grow It long 2025 Challenge with me :)

Stick with those Grow It Long ladies and you'll get to BSL in no time!

I don't take enough photos to participate in challenges - I've chosen to do that for my own mental health. lol
But I do lurk and I look forward to seeing your milestone updates! :)
