2024 2025 Growth Aids Challenge

@Kandygurl thanks for reminding me. I forgot to say that I'm also ceasing the MT. It's a part of my scalp mix and I also apply it to my scalp separately, undiluted with anything else.

I've been on prenatals since January. I've noticed longer and stronger nails which usually translates to hair growth as well since nails and hair are the last to get nutrients. I will be continuing prenatals but buying new ones with DHA and/or I might add a fish oil supplement with the prenatals. Those will be the only internal growth aids. I'll be walking more, eating a bit better and of course hormones will probably be other internal factors. We'll see.

I’ve been taking my vitamins minus the MSM Blend. I finished out the 30 days HSN vitamin and moved on to a Spring Valley HSN with collagen.

I’m going to purchase a MSM blend with Vitamin C and Bamboo blend on Friday to trial for 6 weeks to see if I get better results with it or QBs MSM blend.

Gotta get back on my Mary Ruth's Liquid Multi Hair Vitamin and my Liquid Collagen.

Also, Visvical PRO and the Bamboo I was taking.

Haven't taken my Oral Hair Supplements in a week or 2 :look:

Any thoughts on the red light therapy hat? i've been eyeing this myself
I’ve been using red light therapy since December of 2023 and I can definitely tell the difference and my hair is thicker, grown in places that didn’t have hair before. I have a picture before that I wouldn’t even share for the company to use because I was embarrassed. I paid $2500(even with the sale I bought all the extra to bring it back to og cost) and I don’t regret it. Literally, my knuckles (where people usually have the W in the hairline) was so sparse and have now filled in. I use it everyday for twelve minutes.
Yes she is and yes she was a LHCF member
Yes, she’s doing good. :-)

Amazon has red light therapy hats. I was curious if red light works on the scalp.

Still taking my supplements daily and have also incorporated protein shakes as part of my fitness regimen.

I do need to be better about applying my topicals. They're pretty watery so I have to remember to apply them on wash day before styling. I do have an herbal oil blend I want to use up as well. I've been eyeing qhemet biologics' MSM and rosemary, but I don't want to buy something else I won't remember to use.

Be mindful that not all red light therapy caps work. Since there are certain levels the light needs to be to penetrate, some have low levels that aren’t going to penetrate. Up to 680 is the number my cap gives and it’s high enough to penetrate my scalp follicle. I know the price is steep but Hairmax is also another brand who has similar benefits.
