I'm adding black currant oil to the mix. My postpartum/ post extended-breastfeeding hair loss is hormonal and I've read research that the gamma linolenic acid (GLA) in black currant oil or evening primrose oil is great for that. Also, I remember that two times years back, when my hair grew more and was thick, I had been taking EPO or borage oil (fish/flax/borage combo).
I'll alternate it with the fish oil.
So yesterday I took:
Morning: MSM, black currant oil, 1/3 prenatal with OJ
Afternoon: 1 green superfood capsule.
Evening: 2 Viviscal, 1 magnesium
